1. Our Collections
Paloma House offers pre-designed wedding stationery collections (currently: Perla). Our collections are sold as designed — palette, motif, and materials are part of the collection as a whole and are not individually customizable, with the exception of the personalization and Bespoke Additions described on each collection’s page.
2. Pricing
Prices listed (e.g., “From $1,900 per 100”) reflect our standard pricing at the quantity shown. Final pricing is confirmed based on your exact guest count and any Bespoke Additions selected, and will be provided in writing before you’re asked to commit to an order. Prices are subject to change without notice, though any quote already provided to you will be honored for a reasonable period as stated in that quote.
3. Proofs & Revisions
Before production, we will send a digital proof of your invitation and monogram for your review and approval. One round of revisions is included, limited to correcting details such as spelling, dates, and addresses. Additional revision rounds are available for a fee, as quoted at the time. Production does not begin until you approve your proof in writing (including by email).
4. Production & Shipping
Production timelines will be confirmed at the time of your order. We ship worldwide; shipping costs are calculated separately based on destination and are not included in collection pricing unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Because our products are personalized to your order (names, date, and details), **orders are non-refundable once production has begun** (i.e., after proof approval). If you need to cancel before proof approval, contact us as soon as possible — cancellation eligibility and any applicable fees will depend on work already completed at that point.
6. Samples
Sample kits, where offered, are provided to help you evaluate our materials and craftsmanship before ordering. Sample fees, if any, and their terms (including whether they are credited toward a future order) will be stated at the time of purchase.
7. Bespoke Additions
Certain add-ons (e.g., custom illustrated monograms, venue map illustrations) involve additional design work and are priced and scoped individually. Where a digital file is provided to you as part of a Bespoke Addition (such as a custom monogram), that file is yours to keep and reuse for personal purposes.
8. The Perla Website Kit
If you purchase a website template kit, you will receive a link to duplicate your own editable copy on the relevant design platform (currently Framer). You are responsible for your own account, hosting, domain, and any associated fees with that platform — Paloma House does not manage, host, or maintain your wedding website on your behalf.
9. Intellectual Property
All collection designs, motifs, and artwork remain the intellectual property of Paloma House. Purchasing a suite grants you the right to use your personalized materials for your own wedding; it does not grant rights to reproduce, resell, or repurpose our designs, motifs, or branding for any other use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paloma House is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products, including delays caused by third-party shipping or fulfillment partners.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
